I have managed, operated and owned numerous businesses. Most recently, I was co-owner of a busy, profitable HVAC company where I sold, installed, serviced and repaired all types of residential and commercial heating and cooling systems.
One constant in all my businesses is my love for learning and technology! I love fixing all kinds of stuff and finding a better way of doing things. In our HVAC company, I was an early adopter of Wi-Fi thermostats, high-efficiency heating and cooling systems, integrated smart home solutions, water treatment systems, and more. I acted as my own guinea pig – I would acquire a new product for my personal use and, if it worked as promised, only then would I offer it to our customers.
In 2016, I encountered the Air Scrubber by Aerus with ActivePure technology, a completely different approach to air and surface purification. Like most companies, Aerus made several important claims, but the company also provided more scientific data than I had experienced with anyone else.
I installed the Air Scrubber at home and, wow, what a difference it made! I was averaging 6+ calls a day to homes and businesses where I was constantly exposed to sick people. In addition, our daughter attended public school, which was rampant with illnesses. I always felt on the verge of an illness, however, after installing the Air Scrubber, the whole family noticed immediate health improvements. I became a believer and so did our customers!
