My Personal Story
For nearly three decades, I was running fast—consulting for high-tech start-ups, co-owning a thriving HVAC company, raising a family, and trying to do all the things. Even as I faced more and more health challenges, I kept telling myself I’d deal with them “later.”
But later came sooner than I expected.
Fatigue, stubborn weight gain, insomnia, digestive issues and low energy were all warning signs I brushed aside until they could no longer be ignored. After a very rocky peri-menopause journey and osteopenia diagnosis, I knew I needed help. Desperate for answers, I finally tried a new approach—nutrition therapy—and that became my turning point.
Through lots of education, intentional practice, trial and error and a deeper understanding of how to nourish my body, I restored balance from the inside out. Over time, my energy returned, my sleep improved and I shed the weight that once felt impossible to lose.
Most importantly, I regained a sense of joy and vitality I hadn’t felt in years.
Today, I love to work with adults and teens who are tired of guessing, overwhelmed by conflicting advice and frustrated that their efforts aren’t working.
Together, we discover what’s really going on (hormonally, digestively and metabolically) so clients can find answers, feel better in their bodies and live with renewed energy and clarity.
My approach is evidence-based. I blend nutritional science with practical lifestyle strategies to help clients make sustainable changes that fit their real lives.
